Lessons
Hi Ladies,
I looked at our concept map and I am going to chose to do a lesson on writing recipes.
I think that I'm going to do a lesson on nutrition, focusing on the food guide pyramid and serving size. I'll tie in some math too, cost of serving/measuring serving size. Are we focusing on 4th grade still or do we need to choose another grade?
Just kidding...I'm going to do a math lesson plan. I'm focusing on measuring, having students make more or less of something and then change the recipe to metric for their virtual penpal. :) just wanted to let you know!
That works for me. I'm debating between a math lesson or a social studies one. I'm leaning towards social studies.
